Who We Are

Community schemes (Body Corporates and Homeowners’ Associations) are about…. COMMUNITY. We understand this to mean more than just numbers of units to be administered but more about people, families and neighbours and how they value their homes and investment properties.

We have been in this business (which is how the others view it) for 12 years and believe that this needs to change to be more about relationships and less about numbers. So, we won’t be doing websites where ALL your interactions take place, but we will give you real, live, caring folk to deal with your queries and advice.

Our team includes Allan Ross, a SAICA Registered Associate General Accountant [AGA (SA)] and CIMA [Chartered Institute of Management Accountants] certified support staff. We have the best skills in accounting, administration, compliance and Estate Management that are available. Allan Ross has over 40 years’ experience in financial roles, including Corporate Financial Management, Consulting Services, Business Restructures and Project Management.

We don’t want to be the BIGGEST Managing Agent, just the BEST.

What we do as Managing Agents

In addition to the normal role of Levy collection and accounting, we will manage the scheme to ensure it is run in an efficient manner, in compliance with the STSMA and Community Schemes Ombud Services Act, in accordance with the Management Rules of the scheme, for the benefit of all owners, who are members of the Body Corporate or HOA. These include attending and management of Directors or Trustee meetings, AGM’s and other meetings. We will assist with the preparation of the Annual Budget and Maintenance Plans and do all the proper preparation for the AGM, including Annual Financial Statements and other required documentation.
